It had a very short life :) I do think it's a great idea, I just didn't have time to invest in 2 blogs... One of the first things I learned in the US is that salad doesn't mean a veggie salad. You use meat and seafood in salads which I have never seen before moving here. That makes it a "real" meal and not just a side dish. Ha, funny, I started a salad blog a year ago. It had a very short life :)
I do think it’s a great idea, I just didn’t have time to invest in 2 blogs…
One of the first things I learned in the US is that salad doesn’t mean a veggie salad. You use meat and seafood in salads which I have never seen before moving here. That makes it a “real” meal and not just a side dish.

Their Mediterranean Chicken Salad has such wonderful, unexpected ingredients like beets, butternut squash, and dates.
