		<description>Hey, that&#039;s a good point, Stacela!  This is really true.  The lists and compartments do keep me grounded when the brain lightning hits.  I wrote this post with you in mind, actually!  We have done much sorting of stuff in our adventures.  

Kim, the blue tape is primarily for taping important sheets of paper on walls of the cooking area without ruining wall surfaces.  Paper: Prep list, equipment inventory checklist for packing up, reminder instructions and notes for my assistant (such as garnishing/plating details or key times I need her to do something).  And then...there&#039;s the &quot;anything&quot; component.  There&#039;s also duct tape in that kit (like, what if there is a wire that people are gonna trip over?).</description>

		<description>I remember all your LABELED containers in your wedding kit.  It was very impressive!  While you don&#039;t consider yourself a methodical person (previous post), you are an excellent organizer.  I think your organizational skills allow you to be less methodical in your actions...because you&#039;re ready for anything!</description>
