		<description>Lovica, I love the idea of purple potatoes with this dish, as it is somewhat monochromatic, especially with the white salmon.  The purple potatoes would look great with the sea beans&#039; warm green color!  Thank you.  I hope you do try this recipe sans the beans.  Maybe capers cooked with the potatoes could provide some briny notes.   And/or you could top with some thinly sliced raw fennel for the crunch.  Yum. I think I want to try this, actually.  And with purple potatoes this time!</description>
