		<description>Kerri, yes, I have been there, too...some people might like it more kale-y, but I like to get the flavor balance between the garbanzos and kale.  If you have more garbanzos on hand, that sometimes helps, or I&#039;ve even removed some of the kale after cooking when I didn&#039;t quite like the balance.</description>

		<description>Excellent, Jill!  I think when I make the soup with kale from the garden it tastes even better. Just cut off about 8 to 10 large leaves, more if the leaves are really small.  Basically, try to approximate a small bunch from the store/farmers&#039; market.</description>
